Please Help Us Make Our Fest A Success

 

This festival is an important fundraiser for our Parish and is a great fours days for the community. This event relies on the generosity of parishioners, community members, businesses, and others. Please contact us to volunteer your time or to donate one or more of the items listed below.

 

Items can be dropped off at the Regina Coeli Rectory (preferably prior to Monday, June 5, 2017)

 

Donations of the items listed below is greatly appreciated.  Please reach out to one of the contacts listed below to determine which items have been fulfilled and which items are still needed. 

 

• Two (2) large rolls of white table cloth (available at party stores)

• Six (6) rolls of duct tape or packaging tape

• Eight (8) slotted metal spoons

• Four (4) soup ladles (approximately 4-ounce size)

• Three (3) large tongs for grilling

• Four (4) large shakers for powdered sugar

• 6000 paper napkins

• Two (2) boxes of vinyl gloves (size: Large)

• Two (2) boxes of vinyl gloves (size: XL)

• Two (2) large boxes of gallon freezer bags

• 60 cans (3 cases) of sterno or canned heat

• Twenty (20) "full tray" foil trays with lids

• Twenty (20) "half-tray" foil trays with lids

• 2000 1lb food trays

• Twenty (20) cans of cooking spray

• Ten (10) 5 pound bags of flour

• Eight (8) 2 pound bags of powdered sugar

• Thirty (30) large squeeze bottles of ketchup (or eight (8) 1 gallon containers with pump)

• Four (4) 100 ounce cans of nacho cheese sauce

• Six (6) 16 ounce containers of yellow mustard

• Six (6) 16 ounce containers of spicy brown mustard

• Six (6) 16 ounce containers of honey mustard

• Twelve (12) bottles of bbq sauce

• 10 pounds of grated cheese

• 10 pounds of shredded mozzarella cheese

• Ten (10) boxes SuperPretzle Soft Pretzles, King Size 20 count (available at BJ’s and Sam’s Club)

• Twelve (12) #10 cans or thirty-six (36) large supermarket cans of whole tomatoes

• Twelve (12) large or twenty-four (24) small cans of tomato paste

• Two (2) large containers of olive oil

• 1 lb oregano

• 1 lb onion powder

• 1 lb garlic powder

• Four (4) boxes of 55–60 gallon heavy duty trash bags

• Twelve (12) dish towels

• 1,000 heavy duty paper plates (10.25 inches)

• 1,000 heavy duty plastic forks

• 1,000 heavy duty plastic knives
